Renewal | Massage & Bodywork

Thoughtful bodywork for recovery, mobility, and a deeper sense of ease.

Massage at Solterra is designed to meet the body where it is. Whether you are managing training fatigue, everyday tension, limited mobility, or simply need time to slow down, each session is tailored around your goals, preferences, and comfort.

The Solterra approach

Bodywork that supports both performance and stillness.

Our massage experience is intentionally flexible. Pressure, pacing, focus areas, and techniques are adjusted throughout the session so the treatment feels purposeful rather than routine.

01

Recover

Support tired, overused, or tense muscles after Pilates, yoga, strength work, travel, or long days.

02

Restore mobility

Use focused bodywork to address areas that feel restricted, guarded, or difficult to move comfortably.

03

Downshift

Create space for the nervous system to settle through slower pacing, intentional pressure, and uninterrupted rest.

What may be included

A customized session built around your needs.

Swedish techniques

Longer, flowing movements that support relaxation, circulation, and full-body ease.

Therapeutic pressure

More targeted work for areas of persistent muscular tension or overuse.

Myofascial work

Slower, sustained techniques intended to address restriction and improve tissue glide.

Assisted stretching

Gentle, guided movement that may support flexibility, range of motion, and recovery.

Choosing your session

Book according to your goal, not a fixed massage category.

Solterra’s massage sessions are designed to be customized. You do not need to diagnose exactly what type of massage you need before arriving.

Tell us where you feel tension, soreness, or restriction.
Share whether you prefer light, moderate, or firm pressure.
Identify areas you want included or avoided.
Let your therapist know whether your priority is relaxation, recovery, or focused work.
Your priority Session emphasis What to expect
General relaxation Full-body, slower-paced work A calming session with moderate or lighter pressure and fewer concentrated focus areas.
Post-workout recovery Legs, hips, back, shoulders, or other trained areas Targeted work around fatigued muscle groups with pressure adjusted to tolerance.
Persistent tension Focused therapeutic bodywork More time devoted to a smaller number of areas rather than a full-body routine.
Mobility support Myofascial work and assisted stretching Slower techniques paired with guided movement where appropriate.
Session lengths

Choose enough time for the result you want.

60 minutes

Best for a focused full-body session or concentrated work on one or two priority areas.

90 minutes

Allows more complete full-body work while still providing meaningful time for specific areas of tension.

Ongoing care

Regular sessions may support a more consistent recovery rhythm, especially for active members or recurring muscular tension.

Final launch offerings, session durations, pricing, and enhancement availability will be confirmed before online booking opens.

Massage services are provided by appropriately licensed professionals. You remain draped throughout the session except for the area actively being treated, and you may request changes or stop the session at any time.

Common questions

What to know before your first massage at Solterra.

Do I need to choose a specific massage style?

No. Book the session length that fits your needs, then discuss your goals, pressure preference, and focus areas with your therapist.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing to the appointment. Your therapist will explain undressing and draping options privately. You should undress only to your personal comfort level.

Will deep pressure always provide a better result?

No. More pressure is not automatically more effective. The appropriate intensity depends on your goals, tissue sensitivity, health history, and how your body responds during the session.

Can I request a specific area of focus?

Yes. You may request concentrated work on areas such as the back, neck, shoulders, hips, legs, or feet. Your therapist will help determine what can reasonably be addressed within the scheduled time.

Should massage hurt?

Therapeutic work may feel intense at times, but it should remain within your comfort and tolerance. Tell your therapist immediately if pressure or technique feels painful or unsafe.

When should I postpone massage?

Postpone when you have a fever, contagious illness, unexplained acute pain, or another condition that may make massage inappropriate. Seek medical guidance when you are uncertain.

Can I receive massage during pregnancy?

Availability depends on therapist qualifications, stage of pregnancy, health history, and Solterra’s final service policies. Contact Solterra before booking so the appropriate session can be confirmed.

Make space for recovery

Massage belongs in your wellness rhythm, not only on your hardest days.

Pair thoughtful bodywork with movement, heat, and stillness to create a more complete recovery practice at Solterra.
