Move

Solterra’s movement experience is built for consistency, not intensity for intensity’s sake. You will find a thoughtful mix of reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga, aerial movement, and recovery-based classes designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with control over time.
Rather than forcing you into one modality, Solterra is designed so your routine can flex with your life. Some days call for strength and precision. Other days call for mobility, restoration, and nervous system support. Your weekly rhythm should be sustainable, elevated, and something you actually want to return to.
Choose Your Path
If you want structure, form, and full-body strength, start with Reformer Pilates. If you want accessible strength with minimal equipment and a strong focus on core control, Mat Pilates is a reliable foundation. If you want breath-led movement, mobility, and balance, Yoga offers both heated and non-heated options. If you want variety, challenge, and a different kind of full-body engagement, Aerial adds a dynamic element to your week.
Heat, Used with Purpose
Heat is used selectively and intentionally. Some classes are offered in a warmer room to support flexibility and muscle release. Other classes remain non-heated to prioritize precision, safety, and control. The focus is always what best serves the body.
What to Book First
If you are new to Pilates or returning after time away, start with a beginner-friendly Reformer or Mat class and focus on learning the core concepts: breath, alignment, and controlled movement. If you are already active, you can step into intermediate options as they become available, but the fastest path to progress is consistent fundamentals, not chasing intensity.
Class schedule, instructor bios, and recommended starting points will be published as we approach opening.
