Disclose retinoids, exfoliating acids, acne medicines, light-sensitive medicines, and recently introduced products.

Procedures

Recent professional treatment

Share lasers, peels, microneedling, injectables, waxing, surgery, dental work, or dermatology treatment and the dates performed.

Conditions

When to postpone

Sometimes the safest facial is the one scheduled later.

Active sunburn, open skin, contagious infection, significant irritation, recent aggressive procedures, unexplained lesions, or a compromised skin barrier may require postponement or a different service.

Major event rule

Do not try a new facial, enhancement, peel, device service, or spray tan immediately before a wedding, photography session, travel, or major event. Schedule a test visit far enough in advance to understand your response.

Frequently asked questions

Common skincare and booking questions.

Should I arrive without makeup?

Clean skin is helpful when practical. The service includes cleansing, but heavy makeup can reduce treatment time available for other steps.

Do facials include extractions?

Extractions may be included when appropriate. They may be limited or avoided when skin is inflamed, fragile, recently treated, or not ready.

Can I add an enhancement?

Yes, when compatible with your skin, the base facial, recent treatments, and the time booked. Final selection occurs after assessment.

Which Signature Facial length should I choose?

Choose 60 minutes for focused maintenance. Choose 90 minutes for a slower pace, additional massage, greater customization, or selected enhancements.

Can I book after injectables?

Timing depends on the injectable, treatment area, provider instructions, and facial plan. Follow the medical injector’s guidance and disclose the treatment date.

Can skincare treat a suspicious spot?

No. New, changing, bleeding, painful, or unexplained lesions should be evaluated by an appropriate medical professional before cosmetic treatment.

Can I combine a facial with Mystic Unity?

Usually, complete the facial first and the spray tan last. Cleansing, products, massage, heat, and exfoliation can interfere with developing color.

Can I use sauna or exercise afterward?

It depends on the service. Heat, sweat, friction, and sun exposure may increase sensitivity or affect results. Follow the aftercare given for your treatment.
