What is the Mystic Unity booth??

Mystic Tan Unity at Solterra is a private, automated booth experience designed to deliver a consistent, customizable sunless tan in just a few minutes. Unlike a basic spray tan, Unity is built around guided, step-by-step positioning and controlled application to help you achieve even coverage from head to toe. During your session you can select the depth of color you want, from a subtle everyday glow to a deeper bronze, and the booth is designed to keep the experience comfortable and predictable so your results look intentional rather than “sprayed on.”

On the tanning side, Unity is engineered to apply the solution in a structured sequence that supports smoother, more uniform coverage and a more refined finish. Most clients appreciate that it is fast, private, and repeatable—meaning once you find the shade and outcome you like, it is easy to maintain your glow with consistent results visit after visit. The system is designed to be simple to use even for first-timers, with clear guidance throughout the session and a process that minimizes guesswork.

Unity also offers WellFit full-body skincare, which is a separate capability from tanning and often the part people do not realize the booth can provide. WellFit is an automated, all-over skincare treatment delivered through the booth for even, head-to-toe application without the mess of creams or the inconsistency of self-application. It is intended for clients who want a quick, full-body reset—especially when skin feels dry, dull, or stressed—without turning it into a long appointment. WellFit can be booked as a standalone skincare session or paired with a tan session, depending on what you select at booking and what your membership includes.

WellFit is designed around four common goals—Hydrate, Lift, Recover, and Balance—so you can choose the outcome that best fits what your skin needs that day. Hydrate is geared toward moisture support, Lift is positioned for a firmer, more toned look, Recover is meant for “post-workout” or stressed-skin days, and Balance focuses on overall skin equilibrium and barrier support. The key advantage is convenience: you can maintain both glow and skin-feel in the same place you already visit for wellness, with a fast, guided process that stays aligned with Solterra’s elevated, low-friction experience.

What does “1 Mystic Tan and WellFit visit” mean?

This refers to one included visit per month within the tier that offers it. Exact visit options will be detailed in the membership description and booking flow.

Treatment Room Services

Will you offer massage or skincare services?

Yes. Solterra will have one private treatment room with services provided by a licensed massage therapist and a licensed esthetician. Specific service offerings and booking details will be posted closer to opening.

Will there be advanced or clinical services?

Yes.  We are planning for these types of services.  These will be announced with full details once confirmed.

Coffee, Tea, & Juice Bar

Will the coffee and juice bar be open to non-members?

Yes. Solterra’s coffee and juice bar will be open to both members and non-members. Details on hours and opening-day operations will be shared closer to launch.

Who is behind the coffee program?

Our coffee and matcha program has been designed in collaboration with One Line Coffee in the Short North. We will feature their coffee beans and matcha with a Solterra twist.

Is your coffee ethically sourced?

Our coffee program is designed in collaboration with One Line Coffee, a Columbus roaster that emphasizes relationship-driven sourcing and visiting producers at origin. Their sourcing approach focuses on supporting small producers through sustainable pricing and transparency, and they also operate a Smallholder Project Fund that directs additional dollars toward producer and community needs.

What about matcha and tea?

We feature One Line Coffee’s matcha and tea offerings as part of our bar program. Specific sourcing details for each product vary by origin and will be shared as our opening menu is finalized.

Where do your juices come from?

We are working with Vitality Juicery in Dublin, Ohio to provide fresh pressed juices and juice shots.

Do memberships include discounts at the coffee and juice bar?

Some membership tiers include coffee and juice bar discounts. Refer to the membership tier details for the exact percentage.
