Opening + location

Where we are, when we open, and how to experience Solterra early.

Solterra is coming to The Galaxy at Polaris and is actively building pre-opening momentum through events, Founders memberships, and community partnerships.

When are you opening?

Solterra Wellness Club is targeting a Summer 2026 opening at The Galaxy at Polaris. A firm opening date will be shared as construction, inspections, hiring, training, and final operating approvals progress.

Where will Solterra be located?

Solterra will be located at The Galaxy at Polaris in Columbus, Ohio, on the second floor in Suite 230. The club is designed as a destination inside the mixed-use property, with studios, recovery spaces, treatment rooms, coffee, juice, retail, and community programming.

Will you host events before opening?

Yes. Solterra is hosting pre-opening events, pop-ups, partner activations, instructor spotlights, and Founding Member experiences before opening. Select events may offer priority access to Founding Members before public registration opens.

Founders memberships

Founders pricing is designed for the original Solterra community.

Founders memberships are limited pre-opening memberships that give early members preferred pricing and select pre-opening benefits.

What it is

What is a Founders membership?

A Founders membership is a limited pre-opening membership that locks in Solterra’s preferred Founders rate for the first 12 months after the club opens, subject to the membership tier selected.

Availability

Are Founders memberships available now?

Yes. Founders memberships are available now, but quantities are limited by tier and may sell out before opening.

Timing

When does my membership start?

Membership access begins when Solterra opens. Founders pricing is intended to start with the opening of the club, not before the facility is available for use.

Pricing lock

How long does Founders pricing last?

Founders pricing is locked for 12 months from Solterra’s opening date, based on the tier purchased and the final membership terms.

Deadline

When does Founders enrollment end?

Founders enrollment is expected to end 6 weeks before opening or when available Founders quantities sell out, whichever occurs first.

Changes

Can I switch tiers later?

Upgrades and membership changes will depend on availability and the policies in place at the time of the request.

Classes + booking

What is included and how booking will work.

Membership details vary by tier. The right fit depends on how often you plan to attend classes, whether you want aerial access, and how much recovery you want built into your membership.

Classes

What classes are included?

Memberships may include reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga, and aerial classes depending on the tier selected.

Aerial

How does aerial access work?

Elite, Hybrid 12, and Hybrid 8 memberships include 2 aerial class credits per month. VIP Founders includes unlimited aerial access. Aerial packs and drop-in options may also be available.

Credits

Do classes roll over?

Monthly class credits reset monthly. Any rollover policies will be posted once final membership rules are published.

Booking

What is the booking window?

Booking windows vary by tier. VIP Founders has a 14-day booking window, Elite Founders has a 12-day booking window, and Hybrid 12 has a 10-day booking window.

Late cancel forgiveness, if included in a membership tier, means one late cancellation fee per month may be forgiven according to Solterra’s cancellation policy.
Coming from another Pilates studio?

Familiar foundation, more intentional progression.

If you already do Pilates, you do not need to start over. You may recognize the foundations right away, while also noticing a more layered, club-based approach to movement, recovery, and progression.

Will this feel similar or completely different?

You will recognize the foundations of Pilates. Solterra classes are rooted in the method, but taught with a thoughtful blend of classical structure and contemporary movement. The goal is familiarity without rigidity and challenge without overwhelm.

Do I need to start over if I have done Pilates before?

No. Experienced clients may still be encouraged to start with a foundations class to learn Solterra’s equipment, cueing style, pacing, and expectations. From there, progression can happen quickly based on experience and goals.

Is this classical or contemporary Pilates?

It is intentionally both. Solterra respects traditional Pilates principles while adapting class design for modern bodies, injuries, lifestyles, and goals.

Will classes feel too easy or too intense?

Classes are designed to be layered. Members can adjust resistance, range, pace, or challenge within the same class so newer clients feel supported and experienced clients feel appropriately challenged.

How is Solterra different from large franchise-style studios?

Classes are designed to feel more personal, thoughtful, and connected to the full club experience. Progression is intentional rather than formulaic, with more room to evolve through Strength, Stillness, and Renewal.

Stillness + Renewal

Recovery, glow, skin, and body care.

Solterra is designed so recovery and renewal are not afterthoughts. They are built into the club experience.

Stillness

What recovery amenities are included?

Memberships may include infrared sauna sessions, heated lounger sessions, and treatment discounts depending on your tier. Included sauna and lounger sessions reset monthly.
