Aerial Movement

Aerial movement brings variety and full-body engagement through supported sequences using an aerial apparatus. Classes are designed to build strength, control, and mobility while offering a dynamic format that feels both challenging and fun when taught with proper structure.

What to Expect

Aerial classes include foundational skills, strength and stability work, and progressive sequences that build confidence over time. Instruction emphasizes safe setup, controlled movement, and options for different experience levels. You should expect a guided, structured class, not a chaotic open gym feel.

Who It’s For

Aerial is for clients who want variety, a new skill to develop, and a different type of full-body strength and coordination. It also pairs well with reformer and yoga as part of a balanced weekly routine.

Good to Know

Wear fitted athletic wear that covers the backs of the knees and avoids zippers or sharp hardware. Rings and bracelets should be removed. Details on class levels and prerequisites will be posted with the schedule.
