Class Levels and What to Book First
If you are new to Solterra, the best first step is the class that helps you learn the system, not the class that looks most intense. Pilates and yoga are skill-based practices. You will get better results, faster, by building clean fundamentals and showing up consistently.
If You Are New to Pilates
Start with beginner-friendly Reformer or Mat. Focus on breath, alignment, and control. Ask questions. The goal is confidence and consistency, not perfection.
If You Are Already Active
You can progress quickly, but do not skip fundamentals. Pilates and yoga reward precision. You will feel a difference when you move slower and cleaner.
If You Want Recovery and Mobility
Choose yoga, mobility-focused movement, and recovery-based classes throughout the week. Most people improve faster when they balance strength with restoration.
Heat Guidance
If you are new to heated classes, start with a non-heated option first, then add heat when you understand your baseline and know how your body responds.
Schedule details and specific class descriptions will be published as we approach opening.
