What should I book for my first visit?
Most first-time clients start with the Essential Custom Facial or the Solterra Signature Facial. If your goal is immediate glow and hydration, Glacē is a strong first choice. If your goal is a lifted, sculpted look, NeurotriS may be a fit after screening.
Do facials include extractions?
Extractions are included when appropriate and safe for your skin.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with a clean face if possible. Avoid using new or irritating products in the 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are using prescription skincare, share that during your intake so we can adjust.
Is there downtime?
Most services have minimal downtime. Some clients experience temporary pinkness after exfoliation or device treatments.
Who should not book microcurrent?
Microcurrent is not appropriate for everyone. If you are pregnant or have an implanted electronic device, do not book microcurrent. If you are unsure, contact us and we will guide you.
