Meet Kacey Gonzalez, RDN, LD.

Kacey is a bilingual Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the founder of KG Essential Nutrition. She brings a coaching-led approach grounded in evidence-based nutrition and habit-building.

Kacey earned her B.S. in Applied Nutrition and Dietetics from Ohio University and completed her dietetic internship through Marshall University. She has been in Columbus since 2021 and works as a Clinical Research Dietitian at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
