Skincare policies, booking guidance, and common questions.
These guidelines are designed to help you book the right Renewal service, prepare well, and understand when a treatment may need to be modified for skin safety or comfort.
Solterra’s skincare menu includes Signature Facials, Glacē, Glacial RX, enhancements, Mystic Unity, and WellFit body skincare. The right service depends on your skin goals, sensitivity, recent treatments, and timing.
Policy should protect the experience, not complicate it.
When skin is irritated, recently treated, or not a fit for a specific protocol, your provider may simplify, modify, or recommend a different service.
Start with the service that matches your main goal.
| Goal | Recommended first step | Why |
|---|---|---|
| General skincare guidance | Solterra Signature Facial or Skincare Overview path | Best for learning your skin and choosing a realistic maintenance plan. |
| Immediate glow and hydration | Glacē Glass Skin Facial | Best for a polished, hydrated, refreshed finish. |
| Cooling, redness support, and calm | Glacial RX Cryofacial | Best when the goal is cooling comfort, visible calm, and a brighter-looking complexion. |
| Classic restorative facial | Solterra Signature Facial, 60 or 90 minutes | Best for a tailored facial experience with massage, masking, and finishing steps. |
| UV-free body glow | Mystic Unity Spray Tan | Best for customizable sunless color in a private automated booth. |
| Body skincare without tan | WellFit body skincare session | Best when your goal is full-body skincare support rather than color. |
Common skincare questions.
Do facials include extractions?
Extractions are included when appropriate and safe for your skin. Your provider may limit or avoid extractions if skin is inflamed, fragile, recently treated, or not ready.
Can I add enhancements?
Yes, when compatible with the facial, your skin condition, and the time booked. Enhancements may include Dermaplane, HydroJelly, CO2Lift Pro, LightStim LED, Facial Cupping, or Glacial RX cooling support.
Who should book Glacial RX?
Glacial RX may be a fit if your goal is a cool, calming treatment experience focused on visible redness support, puffiness, comfort, and a refreshed glow. Screening may be required.
Which Signature Facial length should I choose?
Choose 60 minutes for focused maintenance. Choose 90 minutes for more time, a slower pace, additional massage, masking, and selected enhancement integration when appropriate.
Arrive with clean skin and a clear skin history.
Preparation protects your result. It also helps your provider choose the right service and avoid steps that are not appropriate for your skin that day.
Share prescription skincare, retinoids, exfoliating acids, recent injectables, waxing, peels, lasers, microneedling, active irritation, allergies, pregnancy, cold sores, or any medical skin concern.
Avoid new irritating products.
Avoid starting new acids, retinoids, exfoliants, or strong actives immediately before your appointment unless cleared by your provider.
Arrive clean when possible.
Arrive with clean skin when possible, especially for facials, Glacē, Glacial RX, and Mystic Unity.
Schedule spray tan last.
If booking multiple services, Mystic Unity should usually happen after facials, massage, waxing, or exfoliating body treatments.
Your provider may modify, simplify, or defer a service.
This protects your skin, comfort, and results. It is not unusual for a provider to adjust the plan based on what your skin is showing that day.
Active irritation or sunburn
Wait until the skin barrier is calmer before exfoliation, device work, or spray tanning.
Recent lasers, peels, or injections
Recent procedures may require spacing before facials, Glacial RX, Glacē, enhancements, or massage.
New or changing lesions
New, changing, bleeding, or unexplained skin concerns should be evaluated before cosmetic treatment.
No test run
Avoid trying a new facial, enhancement, or spray tan for the first time immediately before a major event.
Membership and booking terms will control final access.

Service time may be shortened.
If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened or adjusted to protect the next guest’s appointment time.
