Stillness | The Stillness Lounge

Gentle warmth, reclined rest, and a quieter pace.

The Stillness Lounge features three heated ceramic loungers designed for gentle warmth and unhurried rest. Use the lounge before a service, after movement or sauna, or as a stand-alone appointment when you need less intensity and fewer demands.

The experience

More intentional than a waiting room, gentler than a sauna.

The lounge is a bookable recovery space. The loungers provide steady ceramic warmth while the room supports quiet rest, reading, meditation, or a gradual transition between parts of your Solterra visit.

01

Recline

Settle into a heated ceramic lounger with the support and linens provided for the session.

02

Choose less input

Read, close your eyes, practice quiet breathing, or simply rest without needing to perform a recovery ritual.

03

Return gradually

Use the final minutes to sit up slowly, hydrate, and transition back into the day without rushing.

A lounge with a purpose

Quiet recovery should feel designed, not incidental.

Gentle heat

A lower-intensity alternative for guests who do not want a full sauna experience.

Reclined comfort

The ceramic loungers support an unhurried, grounded posture.

Flexible booking

Choose a solo, paired, or private-trio format according to availability.

Quiet atmosphere

Noise, devices, and conversation are intentionally limited in shared sessions.

How to book

Choose privacy according to the experience you want.

The lounge contains three heated loungers. A booking may reserve one lounger, two loungers, or the full room, depending on the option selected.

Lounge etiquette

Protect the quiet for everyone.

Silence phones and take calls outside the lounge.
Keep conversation low in shared sessions.
Use headphones only when permitted and at a volume others cannot hear.
Use the provided barrier or linens between your body and the lounger.
Leave food and strongly scented products outside the room.
Comfort and safety

Gentle heat still requires awareness.

Tell staff if you are pregnant, have heat sensitivity, have difficulty regulating body temperature, or have another condition that may affect safe use. Leave the lounger and alert staff if you feel dizzy, faint, nauseated, or uncomfortable.

Common questions

Before your first lounger session.

How long is a heated lounger session?

Current pricing lists a 45-minute lounger session. Allow time for arrival and a gradual transition afterward.

Is the lounge silent?

The lounge is a quiet zone rather than an absolute-silence room. Low conversation may be appropriate, but calls, speaker audio, and disruptive noise are not.

Do I have to meditate?

No. Guests may rest, read, breathe quietly, or simply enjoy the warmth. There is no required practice.

Will I share the room?

A solo or pair booking may use part of the lounge while another guest occupies the remaining lounger. A private-trio booking reserves the full room.

Is this the same as a sound bath?

No. A lounger session is a self-directed quiet recovery appointment. Sound baths are guided experiences offered during selected yoga events or special programming.

Extend the recovery

Pair the lounge with infrared heat or let it stand alone.
