Renewal | The Glow Suite

Full-body red + near-infrared light therapy.

A private, guided light session designed to support healthy-looking skin, post-movement recovery, and a more consistent wellness rhythm.

Solterra will use the Rouge Ultimate G4, a full-body panel that combines four visible red wavelengths with four near-infrared wavelengths. Instead of asking guests to interpret technical settings, we will organize each session around a clear goal and a standardized protocol.

Eight wavelengths, full-body coverage, and staff-set session options for skin-focused, recovery-focused, or general wellness use.

Why it belongs at Solterra

A natural bridge between Renewal and recovery.

Red and near-infrared light therapy fits Solterra because it can support more than one part of the member experience.

In The Glow Suite, the service belongs alongside full-body skin care and Mystic Unity. Across the wider club, it can also complement Pilates, yoga, massage, sauna, and recovery-focused visits.

The experience will remain simple, private, and goal-led. Members will choose what they want the session to support, while Solterra controls the protocol, session length, and safe operating distance.

The Solterra difference

Advanced capability, translated into a simple experience.

  • Choose a goal instead of choosing technical settings.
  • Receive a private, guided full-body session.
  • Use a standardized protocol set by the Solterra team.
  • Pair the experience naturally with movement, recovery, or skin care.
  • Complete straightforward screening before the first session.
Choose your goal

Three simple ways to use the light.

The final launch menu, settings, distance, and timing will be confirmed before booking opens. These pathways show how Solterra plans to make a technically advanced device easy to understand.

Glow

Skin Support

A skin-focused session using selected visible red and near-infrared wavelengths to support a healthy-looking, refreshed appearance.

  • Designed around visible skin goals
  • Non-invasive and UV-free
  • Planned as a brief, repeatable session
  • May complement a broader professional skincare routine
Restore

Post-Movement Recovery

A combined red and near-infrared session designed to complement Pilates, yoga, strength work, massage, and recovery days.

  • Pairs naturally with an active weekly routine
  • Designed to support post-exercise recovery
  • Can be booked as a stand-alone visit
  • Does not replace medical evaluation or treatment
Renew

Whole-Body Wellness

A balanced full-body session using red and near-infrared light together as part of a consistent personal wellness rhythm.

  • Uses the device’s broader wavelength range
  • Designed for consistency rather than a one-time promise
  • Fits a dedicated recovery or self-care day
  • Supports Solterra’s whole-person wellness philosophy
Red and near-infrared light therapy is a general wellness service. Individual experience varies, results are not guaranteed, and the service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
The technology

Eight wavelengths, organized into two useful light bands.

The Rouge Ultimate G4 can use red light, near-infrared light, or both. Solterra will translate those options into clear service pathways rather than expecting members to select individual nanometers.

Light band Wavelengths How Solterra will explain it Planned role
Visible red light 630, 650, 660, and 670 nm Visible wavelengths used closer to the surface of the skin. Skin-focused support, visible radiance, and selected wellness protocols.
Near-infrared light 810, 830, 850, and 1060 nm Mostly invisible wavelengths selected for deeper-reaching light exposure. Recovery-focused and combined whole-body protocols.
Combined red + NIR All eight wavelengths when appropriate A broader full-body session that combines surface-focused and deeper-reaching light. General wellness and post-movement recovery pathways.
Near-infrared light therapy is not the same experience as an infrared sauna. The panel delivers targeted light wavelengths, while the sauna creates an enclosed heat experience. They may feel complementary, but they are different services.
What to expect

A guided session without a complicated appointment.

Sessions are planned to last approximately 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the selected pathway and final Solterra protocol.

The Ultimate G4 provides full-body coverage from a vertical panel. A Solterra team member will confirm the correct session, review basic screening, set the device, and provide eye protection and positioning guidance.

Because red and near-infrared light work through exposure, clothing and body position affect which areas receive light. Guests will be given privacy and clear instructions based on the selected session.

1

Choose the pathway

Select Skin Support, Post-Movement Recovery, or Whole-Body Wellness.

2

Complete screening

Review photosensitivity, medications, eye concerns, pregnancy, seizure history, and other relevant precautions.

3

Set the session

Solterra selects the wavelength combination, brightness, distance, and duration for the chosen pathway.

4

Build consistency

Use the service as a repeatable part of a broader movement, recovery, or skin-care routine.

Build a Solterra ritual

Pair the light with the reason you came.

The strongest value is not the panel by itself. It is the way the service can fit naturally into the rest of the club.

After movement

Pilates or Yoga + Light

Finish a class with a recovery-focused light session when you want a more complete post-movement ritual.

Recovery day

Light + Stillness

Pair light therapy with sauna or heated loungers as separate, intentionally sequenced recovery experiences.

Body care

Light + Glow Suite

Use a skin-focused light session as part of a full-body care routine, with Mystic Unity scheduled last when services occur on the same day.

Stand-alone

A 10 to 20 Minute Reset

Book the light by itself when a shorter, private wellness visit fits the day better than a longer appointment.

Before you book

Simple screening protects the experience.

Red and near-infrared light therapy may not be appropriate for every guest or every circumstance.

Guests should disclose photosensitivity, photosensitizing medications, seizure history, eye conditions, pregnancy, active skin concerns, recent sunburn, implanted medical devices, cancer-related concerns, or other medical conditions that may require professional guidance.

Protective eyewear and Solterra’s operating instructions must be followed. Guests who are uncertain about suitability should consult their healthcare professional before booking.

Important distinction

General wellness, not medical treatment.

This service is offered as part of a broader wellness routine. It is not a substitute for medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment, and no specific result can be guaranteed.

Guests with medical concerns, active conditions, or questions about suitability should speak with a qualified healthcare professional before booking.

Common questions

What guests usually want to know.

Does red light therapy tan the skin?

No. The Rouge panel does not use UV tanning light and is not a tanning service. Mystic Unity creates sunless cosmetic color through a separate spray tan process.

Is near-infrared the same as the infrared sauna?

No. Near-infrared light therapy uses specific light wavelengths from a panel. The Sauna Suite is an enclosed heat and stillness experience.

Do I choose individual wavelengths?

No. Solterra will organize booking around goals and use standardized settings for each pathway. Technical controls remain staff-set.

How long is a session?

Planned sessions are approximately 10 to 20 minutes. Final timing will depend on the protocol, operating distance, and Solterra’s launch procedures.

Can I book it with Mystic Unity?

Yes, when the timing is appropriate. Light therapy should occur first, followed by a cool-down if needed. Mystic Unity should generally be the final service of the day.

Will it be included in membership?

Final single-session, add-on, package, and membership options will be announced before booking opens.
