Private infrared heat for recovery, quiet, and shared time.
The Sauna Suite is a ten-person full-spectrum infrared sauna with flexible booking. Reserve one or more individual seats in a shared session, or reserve the entire suite privately for your group.
A flexible sauna experience that can be shared or fully private.
Infrared sauna uses radiant heat to warm the body in an environment that many guests experience as more approachable than a traditional high-temperature sauna. Solterra offers both individual-seat reservations and private full-suite reservations, supported by clear preparation and hydration guidance.
Reserve
Book one or more seats in a shared session, or reserve the entire suite for your group.
Settle in
Bring water, use the provided linens, and allow the heat to build gradually rather than treating the session as a test of endurance.
Cool down
Leave time to rehydrate, shower when desired, or continue into The Stillness Lounge for gentler warmth.
A flexible recovery ritual for active and quieter days.
Post-class downshift
Transition from Pilates, yoga, or another active session into a slower recovery experience.
Stand-alone heat
Book sauna even when you are not attending a class or treatment.
Private connection
Share the suite with a partner or invited guests in a more personal setting.
Consistent routine
Use membership access to build heat and recovery into the month rather than waiting until you feel depleted.
Choose the amount of privacy and space you need.
The Sauna Suite accommodates up to ten guests. Individual seats may be reserved in a shared session, or the full suite may be reserved privately for an invited group.
| Booking | Best for | Experience |
|---|---|---|
| Individual seat | One guest | Reserve one place in a sauna session that may include other Solterra guests. |
| Multiple seats | Couples, friends, or a smaller group | Reserve the number of seats needed while the remaining capacity may be available to others. |
| Private full-suite reservation | Groups of up to ten | The entire Sauna Suite is reserved exclusively for your invited group. |
| Membership visit | Recurring individual use | Use included sauna access according to the terms of your membership and current booking rules. |
Hydration and pacing matter.
Sequence the visit around comfort and the next service.
| Pairing | Recommended order | Reason |
|---|---|---|
| Pilates, yoga, or movement | Movement first, sauna afterward | Heat can serve as a post-class transition into recovery. |
| Heated lounger | Sauna first, lounger afterward | The lounge offers a gentler place to extend the downshift. |
| Massage | Often sauna first | Heat may help some guests feel more prepared for bodywork. Hydration and individual tolerance matter. |
| Mystic Unity | Sauna first, Mystic Unity last | Sweat and heat can interfere with developing sunless color. |
| Facial or skin treatment | Confirm when booking | Timing depends on the treatment, product use, and sensitivity. |
Infrared sauna is not appropriate for every guest or every day.
Guests who are pregnant, have cardiovascular concerns, have difficulty regulating body temperature, are taking medications that affect heat tolerance, or have another relevant medical condition should seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional before sauna use.
Before your first sauna visit.
How long is a sauna reservation?
Current pricing lists a 45-minute sauna session. Arrival, preparation, and cool-down should be considered when planning the visit.
Will other guests be in the sauna?
Possibly. When you reserve by the seat, the session may include other Solterra guests. To use the sauna only with your invited group, reserve the entire Sauna Suite privately.
How hot will it feel?
Heat experience varies by guest, session settings, hydration, and time in the sauna. The goal is comfortable, intentional heat, not enduring the highest possible temperature or longest possible session.
Can I bring my phone?
Solterra’s final device policy will prioritize safety, equipment care, and a quiet atmosphere. Guests should be prepared to leave calls and loud media outside the suite.
Can I use the sauna every day?
Frequency depends on individual health, hydration, heat tolerance, and membership access. More is not always better. Use should remain comfortable and responsible.
Follow infrared heat with gentler reclined recovery.
Book The Stillness Lounge after sauna or use it on its own when you want warmth without the intensity of a full sauna session.
