Solterra yoga is designed to build mobility, balance, and strength while supporting breath and nervous system regulation. This is not yoga designed for performance. It is yoga designed for longevity, recovery, and a stronger relationship to your body.
What to Expect
Classes may include breath-led warmups, mobility work, strength-focused flows, longer holds for flexibility, and intentional transitions that prioritize safe alignment. Expect clear instruction, thoughtful pacing, and a calm environment that supports consistency and progression.
Heated and Non-Heated Options
Solterra offers both heated and non-heated yoga options. Heated classes are offered in a warmer room to support flexibility and muscle release. Non-heated classes remain available to prioritize precision, stability, and control. Heat is used selectively and with purpose, not as a gimmick.
Who It’s For
Yoga works well as a primary practice or as a complement to Pilates and recovery sessions. It is an ideal fit if you want improved mobility, better balance, less tension, and a calmer, more grounded weekly routine.
Good to Know
Wear breathable athletic wear and bring water. If you prefer your own mat, bring it. Details will be posted with the class schedule as we approach opening.
